C19th Embroidered Braces (BR733)

Availability: In stock

Embroidered braces were a colourful feature of men's dress throughout the C19th. They were frequently hand made by wives and daughters as presents for the master of the house.
Sadly such domestic devotion is now hard to come by so we have had these made up by Albert Thurston using fabulous decorative ribbons.
The fine leather ends are stitched rather than riveted and the fitting are good quality brass.
The straps are elasticated only at the back.
Sizes: 46" (large). Fully adjustable

We now have two colour options available in Coral and Mauve peacock.

*Please note these are not sold as a pack of multiple braces but as singular sets*
