We trade chiefly with costume professionals. We are however pleased to take orders from anyone with an interest in unusual shirts as they are all made by established shirtmakers and therefore suitable for daily wear.
Formal shirts are sold by necksize which is measured at the base of the neck. The majority of shirts are made 1/2" larger to allow for shrinkage. The majority of the sleeve lengths are designed to be on the long side as we find most men require this.
Most of the shirt images can be examined in more detail, by clicking on the image. You purchase items by placing them individually into a virtual shopping basket - the item total is updated each time. You may check the contents of your order by clicking on the My Cart link. To complete your order, click on the Cart's CHECKOUT button.

Prices / VAT
Please note that prices do not include VAT. This will be added in the checkout stage.
Postage and packing (shipping)
All orders are delivered by the Royal Mail or courier depending on the value of your goods. This cost will be added after the checkout button. If you need urgent delivery let us know and we can try to deliver by the following day. Please contact us for details of worldwide delivery charges. You may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are levied once your shipment reaches your country, if it is outside of the EEC. These additional charges are to be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and we can not predict when they may occur. This is because customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further details. For certain orders, the carriage added on the web site is insufficient. Should this happen we will contact you about the additional cost.
Most items will be in stock and will be dispatched the day after your order is received. Otherwise, please allow 7-10 days.
Complaints, exchanges and returns
If you are not satisfied with any of our mail order goods, please return them within 28 days of receipt at your own cost and we will exchange them or refund your money - whichever you prefer. England This does not affect your statutory rights.
All exchanges from outside United Kingdom must be pre-authorized by us and packages must be marked as ‘RETURNED BRITISH GOODS’ & ‘NO VAT OR DUTY DUE’ in order to avoid taxes. We reserve the right to deduct customs duty or clearance fees incurred by us from international returns. If you have any complaints or queries please contact us by e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We guarantee to answer all queries within 2 working days, although the majority will be answered instantly. We also value and welcome all criticisms or suggestions from our customers. Please note all returned goods must be in an unworn re-saleable condition with the original packaging.
We will not make your personal details available to anybody else. Credit card information supplied by you is entered directly to the SagePay secure server, via an iframe. We neither handle nor store credit card information.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly. We use a "cookie", which is stored in your computer's temporary memory, to allow you to place an order with us but it disappears when you close your web browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent cookies from being accepted at all but this would prevent you from being able to place an order.
