Not everything works according to plan!
It is never easy to find shirting fabrics which do not shriek of modern easy care properties and this cotton seemed perfect. It is not shiny, has a few rough edges, is an excellent ivory colour and so we made it up only to discover that it shrinks down at least one size!
We now only have 15" and 15 1/2" left in stock so that means they will shrink down to 14 1/2" and 15".
That's the bad news, the good news however is that once shrunk the shirts look great being slightly crumpled and decidedly vintage.
We are offering them at a much reduced rate so for rakish characters both on and off stage these are a real bargain. They are made in England to exactly the same standard as our normal spearpoints (SH190)
Please buy a size larger than you'd normally choose.
Shrunk arm measurement on 16" collar shirt is now 34" (This is still a good average length)
